Great Value !!
The toner works well in my HP 4100, which is at least 15 years old. Keep refilling them and keep making them available.

Doesn’t work
Pictorial instructions were horrible. I get an error and I don’t know if it’s the printer or the cartridge.

Tru red drum staples product
I need to return the drum. it did not work- . I replaced both the drum ( trured) and a new Brother toner and fax would not print. I used the old brother drum and new toner and the fax printed fine.

not as good as brand name drum
I was disappointed after several episodes of printing now showing dark spots on the paper where there were none prior to replacing the drum. The spots remain so when I have time to clean the entire printer I hope will fix the issue. This is first time using Sustainable Earth drum, not impressed.

Easy to install; printing improved!
I bought this Sustainable Earth Drum cartridge for our Brother MFC-7420 multipurpose machine. It replaced the standard Brother DR-350; in fact, it was a reconditioned DR-350. DON'T BOTHER...
I cannot believe what a major hassle this toner cartridge has been. The last one dropped a lot of toner at first, but then was fine. This one said toner life end almost as soon as I put it in. Seriously, after printing less than 10 pages I got the message.

Unreliable Product
It turns out that the roller, which is a replaceable is used. After I put in the "new" drum, the printer still has the message "change drum soon" flashing. When it says the yield to be 12,000 pages, I will need to replace the drum after 1200 page.
