Once in, it won’t come out.
Toner is thin grey. Not a good deep black. So I tried to remove the cartridge but it won’t release. So now I am stuck with this thing in my printer and will eventually have to throw away the entire printer because I will wind up breaking something trying to get this cartridge out.

Does the job
They seem to be an adequate replacement for the manufacturer's brand. At less than 1/3 the cost it's still a good deal even if you have to replace them twice as much.

The generic/private labe/housel brands DO NOT last nearly as long as the name brand products. They may be less expensive but we must place reorders quickly.

When the original brother drum was replaced with this re-manufactured unit the machine still read "change drum soon." The until also had a metal piece that was dented. I am not sure how this message will affect the machine operation but I hope it just takes time for the fax to adjust to the "new" drum. Not worth it
I would not recommend if you fax or receive a lot of faxes this not a good product. The one we have is already broke and it did not last a whole year.

Machine Still Tells Me To Replace Drum
I have used this name brand twice now and both times I have found that it has caused some type of malfunction with my machines (fax and printer). I do not believe I will be purchasing this product brand anymore.
