Used 6 of these over several years with no issues ever. Seem identical in performance to HP at a considerable savings. I think when these do a good job nobody notices and no good reviews are left and the only feedback left is when there are issues. I totally believe those people leaving bad feedback. Poor Quality
My company only allows to purchase this brand (even though some models cost the same as the HP brand) cartridge leaks creating smudges on documents documents are constantly being reprinted we are wasting toner and paper.

Recycled toner cartridge
Appears to be causing problems with my printer and quality of printing. Everything was fine until I changed toner.

Ups and downs
It's toner and it works but it does have trouble not leaking onto the printed paper and seems to get worse are toner is almost out. We have had to replace toner when it was lemon to our printer and the replacement didn't leak so it's not a bad toner but could be better.

Staples brand vs HP
I have found the Staples brand printer cartridges to be perfectly acceptable and quite a bit cheaper. I would recommend the substitution.

Bad product
every time I have ever tried to use this product I have had issues. Had a tech check my printer and he said the toner product was not a good design. Every time I try and use it the printer says to "remove tape strip." There is none! Never been happy with this product.

Stick with HP
Probably just stick with HP for a few bucks more. Lately from this company been getting about 1/2 the cartridge used and it start printing in 1/2 tones or not at all on parts of the page. Pretty expensive for 1/2 use. Noticed for a while that this company/product is really not the best anyways. This was just the last straw and will probably stay away from recycled toner...
