Tru Red
Purchased and when placed in fax it only lasted for 3 faxes each 1 page. All other faxes were unreadable. Toner did not last and wasted my schools money.

Remanufactured products are not always the best.
I have not always liked to purchase remanufactured products. In this instance, 1 out of 2 of the Canon S35 Remanufactured Toner Cartridges was defective. But, Staples is making it right...the cartridge is being returned and a credit has been issued. Thank you, Staples.

Terrible
The first one we received allowed ink to go all inside of the printer. That caused a giant mess. Staples sent a new one, and it would not work at all in the printer. It may say that it was compatible, but in fact it was not. We have used other Tru Red product, and never had a problem with them, but I would not recommend this specific one.

Had to return it
As soon as I put the TruRed Canon S35 Remanufactured Standard Yield Toner in my copier....it jammed. After repeated tries of opening the door, taking out the paper jam, reinstalling the toner cartridge, if continued to jam, jam, jam.
I called a copier tech and he told me to put the old (original Canon S35) back into the machine and try again. Guess what? No paper jams!...

Staples alternatives
Sustainable earth toner cartridge is a great alternative to the brand we previously purchased. The item is really the same as the brand name equal item but the cost is so much more reasonable. Staples web site makes it easier to compare prices and they really do have quality products.
