Once in, it won’t come out.
Toner is thin grey. Not a good deep black. So I tried to remove the cartridge but it won’t release. So now I am stuck with this thing in my printer and will eventually have to throw away the entire printer because I will wind up breaking something trying to get this cartridge out.

Preferred to Brother branded toner
Great toner cartridge. I don't know for sure because I dont count the amount of pages I print, but I feel like this toner actually lasts LONGER than the brother branded toner. don't buy
Bought two of these for our busy front office to replace toners. Rec'd them promptly and went to install them and they were the wrong size!!! They don't even fit and yes the correct model was ordered. Very upset now have to return them and order new toner from a different company and wait for them. no faxes incoming until new toner gets installed. very bad for business!...

Although I used the correct model numbers in choosing a cartridge to buy, it did not fit & had to be returned.
