I bought printer at staples before 20 years. I was glad that I could buy that old cartridge. and I received on exact date.I felt very good.

Always stick with brand name
Put toner in to print saved faxes and got 15 pages of blank paper. Cartridge way pass usefulness and re-manufactured way too many times. Now have to waste an hour of my time to return. Buyer be wary.

Did not work
Does not work with our machine. Keeps asking us to change cartridge. Now we can't get important documents. Very frustrated and annoyed Staples is still selling a product that has such poor reviews.

Ok needed minor repair to work.
When first received it didn’t work. After inspection a piece of the cartridge had a minor defect/ damage precluding full insertion. I trimmed the damaged area and it has worked since. Still watching to see if volume/price is worth the cost savings compared to new manufacturer cartridge.

Was not compatible for fax as it indicated.. didn't fit correctly and wouldn't work

Never Buy
This brand is the worst brand of toner I have ever seen. It leaves pieces of toner on your copy or fax and it has cause lines. It also leaks more toner inside your device.

Product works exactly as indicated. Will always buy recycled products. The ink and toner rewards are a bonus. Ordering from Staples is easy and delivery is always prompt. Products arrive in good condition. Prices are competitive. If and when a problem does arise Staples staff is courteous and quick to make right. Very expensive for the amount of pages it yields. It doesn't even give 1000 pages per toner.

DOES NOT LAST!
We have gone through about 3 of these before I realized how ridiculously frequently it needs to be replaced. The regular Canon toner cartridge lasts at least 3-4x longer. Major waste of money.
