TRU RED™ Remanufactured toner cartridge
Am very pleased with this purchase. This toner replacement works well in my Canon copier copy output is very satisfactory delivery was extremely fast and customer service was great. Thank you Staples!

very pleased with the toner cartridge actually seems to make better copies than the Canon brand.

This cartridge seems to function fine - will not know how many copies it makes but has a squeak that has not gone away

I have purchased this product repeatedly
I have used Sustainable Earth ink for my Cannon copier for the 8 years I have had the printer and had no trouble with it.

Copy Yield is Not Correct
Quality is fine but does not yield nearly as many copies as it claims. No where near 5 000 and I'm already replacing it.

I will not purchase this product again
Have to keep shaking the cartridge for toner. Not getting one fifth of the amount of copies expected with same amount of usage. OEM lasts us about 6 months this product has lasted 2 and one half months with the same type of usage. Not pleased at all.

Squeaks every copy and can not be recycled.

Don't buy this
This is the first time I have used this cartridge and from the first time I put it in the copies were very light and only on one side. I have taken it out and shook it to distribute the toner numerous times and it doesn't make any differences. It also causes the paper to jam.
