seems ok so far
i've always bought HP toner for my printer - it's just got so expensive, i thought i would try a cheaper way to go. I saw Staples offers a remanufactured toner cartridge much less than HP brand - I figured since it's coming from Staples and not a no name brand i would try it - and it works great - i saved about $50 - I'm happy with the purchase

seems ok so far

Page 1 great, 2 okay, 3+ unusable
From page 3 on, this toner cartridge is entirely unusable. Only the right 15% or so of the printed page is visible. Far worse than the HP toner cartridge I've had in the printer for years.
Included photo is of pages 1 and 5 printed by the new cartridge.

remanufactured toner cartridge
So far so good. I was disappointed that such a big plastic container doesn't recycle for any more than the $2 that tiny cartridges recycle for. But the toner seems to be working well in the remanufactured unit.

not good quality
the tru red cartridges are not the same as the staples brand we used to buy. previous brand lasted for months not weeks like Tru Red does.

Excellent Quality Ink Cartridges
We use these for all of our HP printers. The quality is great and we get excellent print results. And the price is great!

We have had several in the past few weeks that were defective and had to be returned. However, if they work, it's a good price compared to purchasing new.

staples brand
so far in the years that I have used Staples brand products if I have any problems they always replace items. That being said I do not recall when the last time I had a problem with any Staples Brand product

Good until recently
This cartridge has been good until the last one we had. It was acting like it was low on toner with fading in the middle of the page. No lower toner indicator light was showing and when we took the cartridge out of the printer it made a mess with toner all over the place. Hopefully it was only that particular cartridge.
