I have not yet used it as my existing cartridge still has toner in it.

it works great...I only found out it was an option the fist time I ordered it because I pushed the sales person, it was not offered to meI am sure you would sell more if it was offered as an option to anyone buying toner; especially if the customer had requested help, luckily as I did

Great product!!!
I use a Cannon copier and find these cartridges to as good as the Cannon Product and get the same number of copies.

I like to product. It works for me,however I am not sure it gives the number of copies that it suggests. That makes me wonder if I should go to another brand. I have tried a couple other brands and find the quality is not a whole lot different the price is must higher and that is one if my main concerns. I use the copy for a not so necessary quality. I have not tried it...
