Excellent customer service when the product was defective
The cartridge arrived speedily but did not work well with my printer. Staples sent a replacement immediately even before I had sent the defective one back to them. The second one arrived two days later and works perfectly. The only hitch was that the store could not scan the return label’s bar code and I could not print the bar code because the instructions said it ...

more affordable than HP but...
so the price is pretty good but not really crazy about the print quality. A little lighter than HP. Very glad HP is available online again.

Tru Red Remanufactured Black Cartridge HP 12A
It started out with very poor printing and is just now acceptable but not a true crisp print. Will not order again unless that is All I can get. Very disappointed.

This product has been used for the last 4-5 days. The tonier streaks on the paper sometimes there is no toner on the page at all. The cartridge is making a strange clicking noise each time it prints. I would like a replacement--perhaps it's just one bad cartridge.
