Poor Quality, Leaky Toner Cartridge
Our company decided that this toner cartridge should replace the authentic HP 15A that I actually wanted to order, and that was a big mistake. Every single Sustainable Earth Remanufactured Toner Cartrdige that we've ever purchased has begun to leak toner and print black lines and smudges all over the documents being printed. The product is Not Good. I am returning my product back to Staples as soon as I can receive a return label from them. I tried making a difference by purchasing a refurbished toner but that was a mistake. The is no ink in the toner period.
