We are not completely satisfied with this product. It doesn't heat well, and the buttons, per my office staff, are "weird".

Not happy
For the amount of money this microwave is on the cheaper side. Not very good quality but will be doable for our small office.

Great Small Office Microwave
The size is perfect for normal plate sizes. It heats fast without burning dishes. The unit looks professional and high-end. It' snot annoyingly loud and the functions are easy to learn and understand. Good solid buy.

Stopped working at 4 months
We've had this microwave in my office for about 4 months, and it's stopped working. Or it only works sometimes. And not others. Mostly not. It doesn't turn on.
It's really hard to get in touch with anyone at Staples to help or get it fixed. So we're eating a lot of cold soup. It's not great.

I recently purchased the Avanti Microwave Oven for our unit employee lounge. The price is reasonable, meet our office needs. Our team members like it - easy to use, easy to clean, looks good and clean because it's mirrored stainless. I highly recommend it.
