Easy Ordering Process + Fast Shipping
I needed to order a new Transfer Kit for our office and whole process was very smooth, I found exactly what I was looking for and it even shipped quicker than the dates they gave me! All around great experience.

The HP Fuser Unit was defected and returned.
Besides receiving the error message the fuser unit had to be replaced we received an additional error message when the new unit was installed. We followed all the steps to clear the error messages but nothing resolved the issues. We re-installed the old fuser unit and so far after several days and many copies all is fine.

I had to order 2. The first one I received did not work. There was a problem with it connecting to the power so I had to order a second. The second one works perfect so far. Staples had no problem reimbursing me for the first one.
