Use Dell cartridges in Dell printers
Easy to install. Everything is as advertised. I only use Dell cartridges in Dell printers otherwise you could invalidate your warranty.

Did the trick!
My co-worker put up with bad printing & an error message for several months until we got around to researching the error message that was displayed on the machine. We were very pleased to figure out we needed to order and even more pleased that the drum cartridge was carried by Staples. It arrived with our regular order and was easy to install. This is a very reasonably priced drum cartridge for our store invoice printer. We get about 30 000 very good quality printed invoices. It does not work as well without the Dell brand toner.
