Metallic certificate papers
My one problem with the certificate paper we received is that it was not really metallic. It is just a normal type of paper. I was expecting a metallic border.

Def NOT metallic gold
Disappointing color - more brown than gold really - definitely not a metallic gold as advertise - also there are some sort of weird lines in the center like a watermark - I'll be buying our certificate paper in person from now on.

I wanted a heavier paper but this does not feel like it's 24#. The first page was eaten by my printer. The rest have printed ok but still it is not the quality I wanted.

Good color
The color of the paper looks great. However, the quality is a little lacking for a certificate paper. After running the paper through the printer it curls due to the heat. I use this for elementary students, so it is not that detrimental to have high quality thick certificate paper. I was bummed that it took so long to arrive however. These were not what I thought I was ordering. I wanted the deep gold foil-like trim on these certificates. I saw a template on line just like these, and could have made these myself. Beautiful paper - better than pic!
The picture shows a border only, with a white interior. NOT SO! The actual paper has beautiful swirls lightly filling the interior of the frame, fading towards the center. it is light enough that any print will not be in danger of being obscured. Border is more gold-yellow/soft gray varying shades, all woven in a beautiful pattern and just lovely.

You can't tell, but the area inside the boarder has lines on it, sort of like a light firework pattern if that makes sense. Originally I thought they were ugly, but once I put the certificate through the award on it, it came out beautifully. The paper is not as thick and I wouldn't call it "gold" as in it has an actual mettalic look, but trust me, you will love the look...
