USED CARTRIDGES
I PURCHASED THIS AND WHEN I INSERTED IT INTO MY PRINTER THE PRINTER INDICATED THAT IT WAS A USED REFURBISHED CARTRIDGE NOT A NEW ONE. PRINT WAS VERY FAINT. WILL NOT PURCHASE THROUGH QUILL AGAIN

We have owed the printer for 2 years, and replace the cartridge about every 6 months. I yield is close to what it says for printing. This has been the best printer cartridge we have ever used .

Very disappointed in this cartridge. It was not a genuine hp cartridge, therefore I was not able to set my default to use eco-mode. I expect that when I pay for a genuine cartridge, I get one. By all indications it was a refurbished one.

Perfect
I would recommend purchasing the HP toner verses the re-manufactured ones, (we had nothing but trouble and poor print quality with them). The extra expense is worth this purchase.
