USED CARTRIDGES
I PURCHASED THIS AND WHEN I INSERTED IT INTO MY PRINTER THE PRINTER INDICATED THAT IT WAS A USED REFURBISHED CARTRIDGE NOT A NEW ONE. PRINT WAS VERY FAINT. WILL NOT PURCHASE THROUGH QUILL AGAIN

HP55A Toner
My company gave me a very old HP printer and I couldn't even find the toner number on the cartridge that was in it. Found it on your web-site and it was the right one. Works great.

It’s ink.
When I press the print button it makes ink transfer from this cartridge onto paper. Works as advertised.

Not a bad review of the HP product. My issue is that I bought a competitor cartridge, with double the print capacity, for 1/8 the price online. As a small business owner, for brick and mortar stores like Staples to compete, you must offer alternatives to these higher priced products. Little pricey, but the printer works great again
HP products tend to be a notch above in quality and price. I guess you get what you pay for.
