USED CARTRIDGES
I PURCHASED THIS AND WHEN I INSERTED IT INTO MY PRINTER THE PRINTER INDICATED THAT IT WAS A USED REFURBISHED CARTRIDGE NOT A NEW ONE. PRINT WAS VERY FAINT. WILL NOT PURCHASE THROUGH QUILL AGAIN

This is one of those things you just have to have in order to do your job. It is expensive!!
It seems when one color goes, they all go in turn, even more expensive.
I tend to use my laser jet that has a cartridge; it is less expensive, last a lot longer, and does not run or smug as easily as the more expensive ink jet cartridges.

HP Cartridge
I love my printer. I get 10,000 pages out of one of these cartridges. I wish the price would go down though. I was really disappointed that you did not honor all the empty cartridges I returned. I was told it was because I had not purchased any in a while. I hope this policy changes.

HP makes the best printers
I only buy original toner made by HP for my HP Printers. I won't chance buying anything else, just not worth ruining my printer to save a couple of dollars

HP 55A Black Toner Cartridge
I purchased the new cartridge because my printer was not printing dark enough. When I replaced the cartridge it did not fix the problem. I don't know if the problem was the cartridge or the printer drivers, but now I have used the cartridge and still am not liking the sharpness of the final document.
