USED CARTRIDGES
I PURCHASED THIS AND WHEN I INSERTED IT INTO MY PRINTER THE PRINTER INDICATED THAT IT WAS A USED REFURBISHED CARTRIDGE NOT A NEW ONE. PRINT WAS VERY FAINT. WILL NOT PURCHASE THROUGH QUILL AGAIN

Always reliable - never leaks
Unlike other brands that Staple carries, HP is always reliable and when you need a copy for presentation, you can be assured the cartridge will NOT leak toner. Anyone in an office situation who has used a inferior brand knows exaxtly what I talking about - the black mess that does not come off without calling a repair in.
