The Black/Color Drum - 4 Package (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black), it's exactly was I needed for my MFC-9325cw. I had to call Brother.com to reset the drums, and it worked!

Worst cartridge ever!
Every time I have to replace the magenta cartridge it leaks pink toner everywhere! It's currently all over my belt drive, and I don't know how I'm going to get it off. My papers have pink splotches across them. I'm afraid this time I will have to replace my printer. NONE of the other cartridges do this, only magenta.

Not happy
I ordered a set of four colored New Brother cartridges for my Brother laser printer. When I opened each package there was toner spilled all over each cartridge. These were supposed to be NEW not remanufactured. I installed them in the printer and the print is so faded you can barely see it. I tried printing in color and black and white with the same results. Toner is great. Delivery not so much.
Toner arrived quickly, as promised. The only problem is that OnTrac doesn't actually deliver to the house, so I needed to search for where they left it. In my case it was at the mailbox, 1/2 mile from the house.

Easy to install and functions as expected

Confidence in OEM
I tried to use off-brand, less expensive color laser cartridges but they were a disaster. Some spilled toner all over the inside of my printers, and they don't last as long. The Brother cartridges work right every time. Easy to install, great performance.
