Replacements work well
I ordered a set of four new color cartridges all of them printed very poorly. I reached out to Staples and they replaced them. The replacement cartridges print well.

Toner is great. Delivery not so much.
Toner arrived quickly as promised. The only problem is that OnTrac doesn't actually deliver to the house so I needed to search for where they left it. In my case it was at the mailbox 1/2 mile from the house.

Delivery was good item arrived promptly. Physical store seemed understaffed and personnel were not well trained but got the order done in the end.

Much needed replacement
The drums were near end of life. After about six years I replaced the drums on my laser color printer. The prints come out so much more bold and crisp. Like new again.

Fast Shipping & Works Great
Ordered item & Staples shipped quickly received within a few days which is awesome!! Item worked great on my rinter (mfc 9325cw) & resolved my printing problems (black lines on the edge of printed pages - even after cleaning individual drums).

Easy to install and functions as expected
After reading some stories about refilled cartridges leaking and ruining the printer I decided to go with the real thing. This brother printer is amazing and it not with the risk. The title says it all.
