Paper Towel Dispenser
These are much nicer than what we had that were probably 25 years are better old. Simple and nice looking.

Handle stops working
We purchased 3 of these for our office. All 3 of them the handles quit working after about 9 months to a year. The handle pushes in, and does not release so you have to manually hold on to the handle and push it in & out. The paper towel refills are also a little pricey.

I would recommend. Smooth payout and seems quieter than old one.
In my case there were more than a few hollow wall anchors waiting for me when I took the old dispenser off! But think about these first (before) if it's a first time installation. Manual dispenser for the win!
After just a couple of days, already happy with the choice to go manual over automatic. Length of paper dispensed is adequate and no batteries needed. Holds the 800 foot roll, so replacement needed less often. Great choice!

Pretty Annoyed
Very disappointed to have received this product only to find out absolutely no hardware is included. While the product does look nice, I now need to go out of my way to a hardware store to get the necessary hardware to even use the dispenser. I'm sorry, but for the price, you could've included the necessary screws and anchors.

Dispenser is fine except for the latch
Identical to another we have which works fine, but this one won’t always latch securely. We secured it with tape so it won’t suddenly fall open. We may be contacting you about a return or exchange.

Easy installation for paper towel rolls
Moved into my new business and wanted a new paper towel dispenser. Went online to Staples and found exactly what I needed. The dispenser arrived the next day and I easily installed it in minutes. Now I have a sanitary way to dispense paper towels with easy load and efficient dispensing. I am very happy with this purchase and the dispenser. Great price too!

GP Push Paddle Towel Dispenser works out great!
We had been using a more expensive electronic model which ate batteries and didn't work as well.
Note: This model is not as quiet - admittedly, but it doesn't use batteries, doesn't jam,and works out much better for us.

We have these paddle dispensers at all of our stores. Easy to install, Easy to change out towels. We have never had a problem with these.
