I had to return the product because it was in the wrong size of container to fit my dispenser.
The process of returning the product was good EXCEPT I could not print the return label for the UPS.

We have been using this product at home for a couple of years now and love it. It came very useful during this time - pandemic. It's effective and mild enough for my son's sensitive skin...bought a case this time because it's hard to find it. Glad Staples carries it.
