Replaced an off-brand piece of junk with this one. Logitech never fails. They have excellent products and are reasonably priced. This remote works like a champ.

doesn't work on my TV monitor which has computer attached!!! Beware won't work on TV monitor computers.

Did not consistently advance slides
I had one like this before and it worked great. Just plug into USB port and use it. That is why I got this brand and type. This one seems to lock up if you let it sit idle for a while such as waiting to start a presentation. The only way I found to get through it is to unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in. Now with a cheap pouch
Same as previous item. Disappointed that a VERY CHEAP drawstring pouch has been subbed for the nice quality zippered pouch of earlier models. Only had to buy a new 1 because I left the little connector chip in my last presentation. Universal should be sold separately.

Works great
I bought this so that I could deliver lectures in a brightly lit room such that the monitor was far away from me. Although I rarely have use for the pointer component the remote for Power Points worked well.

It did what I needed
The pointer button is a little close to the page-forward and page-back buttons but I should get used to their locations.
