This product was not formatted to my HP
Even though I gave Printer Model and Number, I was sent a glossy photo paper that does not feed when printing. Do not know what to do. I needed to print a photo for a special occasion and was not able. What happened.

It's paper...what more can you say?
I haven't been able to figure out why photo paper doesn't come in standard photo sizes like 8 x 10. That's what I would like to buy instead of 8.8 x 11 like this photo paper.

No service
Very poor service. I was given an email address to contact and it was supposed to give me access to photo help on line. Never received email info or access code to print photos. At no time did any of the four personnel in the area offer to help. I left with no real plans to return. Staples has really gone down.

Since l have an HP printer, l felt purchasing this paper specifically for my printer would be better than the heavier weight of the Staples brand. The pictures l ran off looked very professional. I would recommend it.
