Excellent frame!
This is a great frame for certificates I created at work. Easy to open/access and they look nice.

Front is glass, not plastic as advertised
Fairly certain these do not have a "clear plastic front" as stated in the description. Was specifically looking for and ordered these for the advertised plastic front.

OUR GO TO FRAME
We use these as recognition plaques for our Loan Officers in the office. They are high quality, relatively affordable and USUALLY come in one piece.
My only harsh review would have to do with Staples poor packing jobs not the frames themselves..

Frames
This is the 2nd year in a row that we have gotten these frames for work awards. They are really nice frames and this year we only had 1 frame broken while last year we had several. Love the frames though it is annoying having to order these so far in advance or order extra because we know there will be some broken ones.
