Very easy to use
The dispenser was easy to set up and also use. It has a substantial amount of tape that unless you pack boxes for a living, you won’t run out anytime soon. The blade is sharp so keep out of reach of small children or clumsy people. Use the blade guard that’s kind of flimsy but you could always layer your tape over it.

Tape gets bunched and sticks to the metal. Tape also easily moves off the roller so it gets tangled that way too. Does not cut well. Overall BAD product.

Very easy to use

Do Not Purchase- Go With ULINE
We purchased this item for our office as we ship quite frequently. Also for the fact that the handle is the foam for comfort. This is one of the worst products that we could have purchased. Don't waste your time
New out of the package the blade doesn't cut seems too far back to make good contact with the tape. I am disabled and not able to wait in line to return this item or I would so now it's trash this.

Made Packing a Bit Easier
This is a handy little tape dispenser. I despise packing of any kind and am always looking for ways to improve the process. This dispenser actually made the process of packing boxes a bit easier. It works smoothly and allowed me to stuff and seal every box with a nice steady flow. I would recommend anyone looking for assistance in packing to consider this!

What a great time saver!
The Scotch Heavy Duty Packaging Tape Dispenser I used was a huge time saver during my recent move! No more fumbling with the tape roll, trying to find and peel back a fresh edge, the tape dispenser made the task super easy with the included tape cutter and roll. The included tape was very strong and held boxes closed easily. A must have tool for anyone planning to move!

Best dispenser out there!
Having worked in the shipping/receiving department of a large retail bookstore, I had the opportunity to use many different packing tape dispensers and wish I had this one! This is by far, the easiest and smoothest dispenser out there. I do admit, I did have some initial challenges but once I secured my first box, I was ready for more.

Needs better instructions
Scotch Heavy Duty Packaging Tape Dispenser, Foam Handle is handy and helps to seal boxes with ease. That is if you can figure out how to use it. Dispenser was not to good least tape worked well
The quality did not seem to be as great as most of the 3M products I have used. Was taping boxes with the gun and the grip was kind a small even for my hands. The cutter was quite sharp which was nice

Time saver!
This thing has been getting a lot of use between packing up a classroom and a home to move! it's such a time saver! I was always digging around searching for the tape end out of the roll, not anymore! Load it, use it and save time!

Packing game changer
This tape dispenser is a life saver! This time of year is hectic for me since I’m a teacher and live in a district where we have to pack our stuff up every summer, this has helped us quickly and efficiently seal up our boxes to keep our stuff safe over the summer. It’s very well made and would be a game changer if you’re moving or frequently mail boxes.

Lightweight and compact - very satisfied

Takes the work out of shipping items! The new and improved Scotch Brand Heavy Duty Packing Tape Dispenser works great for sealing boxes. I love the cushioned grip! It feels great in your hand. Easy and lightweight to get the job done fast
I used this to pack up some boxes for my neighbors move. At first I wasn’t sure how to load the gun with the roll of tape, but quickly figured it out. It wasn’t as intimidating as it looked. Makes taping quick and easy
Used this product to tape a cardboard box for shipping. Once I assembled it (which was very easy) the process of taping was quick and simple. I received the Scotch Packaging Tape with Heavy Duty Dispenser as a free product to try. Putting on the roll of tape was very easy and it even came with directions! Solid Tape Dispenser for frequent use
As someone who ships out 3-5 parcels a week, I appreciate the softer handle.
