Great, easy to see wall clock
We have 2 of these. We have these in our office mailroom. The numbers are easy to see from the hallway even. They are quiet. Just what we needed. Very happy with our purchase.

Zero stars not an option
Ordered 2 of these for our school office, neither one worked. The red second hand wouldn’t sweep up past the 9, just sat there. Don’t waste your money on this item.

2 of the clocks brought were broken-
ordered 2 for replacement of the ones broken- they can be picked up from front admin office- the ones hung in patient rooms are great!

Quality Issues
I purchased 3 of these and 2 did not work straight out of the box with brand new batteries. The second hand seems to be hung up and doesn't progress. Disappointing as the price point is desirable.

This clocked looked nice but when the battery was put in, the second hand worked but when hung on the wall, the second had could not go up.. could go down from 12 noon, but could not make it past 12:35 etc. returning item. Thanks

No time for this clock.
Will be returning this clock It stopped working properly within 10 hours of purchase. Switched batteries out etc. no dice. Fortunately I purchased a smaller clock at the same time which is working great..

Second Hand Does not Work
Ok, I bought this clock to replace the same clock (Staples Brand) that didnt stopped working. The second hand gets stuck, well wouldnt you know, right out of the box, the second hand doesnt work, it goes around, takes one click forward, one click back, then just gets stuck. Do not recommend.

The clock itself was very low quality. The second hand is not weighted enough for it to make it the whole way around once hanging on the wall. We did try 2 different clocks and many different batteries, the same issue continued. The customer service experience was great! When we contacted about the problem, they immediately sent us another clock, then reimbursed us when...
