this toner cartridge is FRUSTRATING.
this toner cartridge is FRUSTRATING. IT IS BRAND NEW BUT THERE ARE STREAKS AND GAPS IN THE PRINTING. Am looking at replacing my printer but I will never buy another Canon.

Works great. I only use the brand new cartridge because using the refilled ones just get expensive when you have to replace them all the time. Missy odd the time because they ate not working correctly. Since changing to new ones only the quality is much better and never have an issue with the cartridge.

Product: Fine, Staples Packing: Poor
The Canon product was as expected. Good thing Canon packaged their product well, because Staples packaged the shipment poorly. The outside box looked like it had been abused, and putting a couple of air pillows inside with two packaged cartridge boxes did little to protect the contents. As I said, the Canon packaging allowed the contents to survive.
