When we opened these straps for use they are $100 bands instead of $1000. Is it possible to have these replaced free of charge?

Photo is misleading
My bad for not reading the item which says $1 000. I need all denomination of wrappers and the photo shows all of them. I wish i needed 1 000 of the $1 000 wrappers but that's not the case.
