This is the second time I have purchased these envelopes and they are a good size to send items left on the patient charts that should of gone home with them.

Serves the purpose
These envelopes are ok just wish were a little heavier weight paper.

Met the need
The envelopes were perfect for our need. The seal could have used a little more glue but simply required a little more pressure in some cases.
