No dispenser
They don't tell you that you require a $300 device to get it out of the bottle safely....oh, and Staples doesn't sell the dispenser.

Only works with special dispenser
Great product, but as a layperson, I did not realize that "J-Fill" was a special (expensive) type of dispenser. So just be warned. It would be good if that were more clear in the product description.

One of the best one step cleaner & disinfectant
Used this product for many years now on a lots of jobs including hospitals and surgical rooms. Did also several restoration jobs from water damage killed mold and mildew in homes and office buildings
