Expiration before used
I found that the cartridge has an expiration date. Because of the expiration date the printer will not work. Brand new cartridge will not work. So if you purchase back up cartridges, they may not work when you go to use them.
HP does not advertise this or notify you about this until it is too late.
It is cheaper to buy a new copier with cartridges than to replace all 6 ...

Staples' HP Cartridges too expensive
Even with the impossible to redeem rebates on H-P ink, Staples' prices are higher than other retailers. In fact, I will buying generic cartridges or refills from Ink Plus in the future.

Needs Fulfilled
I do a volunteer archaeological organization newsletter, photos and reports on my HP Photosmart Printer All-in-One that I have had now for five years. The ink cartridges have been easy to change, printed many pages per dose, and have provided no problems whatsoever.

Ink for printers is too expensive. When you compute the cost per gallon, it's ridiculous!!! I love my printer but cringe each time it tells me I need more ink. Your customers are at your mercy because we're paying for the convenience of printing at home.

perfect replacement cartridge
was torn between choosing personal or business use, as my printer does double duty. These extra capacity inks are the cats meow. Especially this time of year when printing photos or cards to send out. Installing the cartridge could not be any easier, and the printing results are superb.

Worst purchase ever
Paid big bucks for REFILLS instead of originals and the one leaked all over into the printer and NONE of the cartridges print and I just bought them.

Empty cartridge
For some reason this is the third cyan ctg I have had to replace in three months. The first replacement ctg was empty when I installed it (or thats what the printer said. Its just the cyan ctg though...no other colors, not even black...?

Very good original equipment ink tank
Fairly good ink cartridge price compared to other printer manufacturers. Doesn't hold a tremendous amount of ink as you know if your HP printer uses this cartridge. These HP printers use a lot of ink during startup cleaning and calibration. Since it's an original product, the ink is very high quality and the output from the printer is very clear.
