I replaced the ink per my printer and it does not recognize it. I believe the ink is dried out. Not happy

I will buy this product again
HP products including ink have always worked very well. Only complaint is ink seems too expensive

Excellent cartridge
We use these cartridges exclusively and have always been pleased with their longevity.

Large Capacity Ink!
Glad they sell the large capacity of the different colors. Wish I had known this about 6 years ago! Also make sure you check the "expiration" date on the bottom of the box. Grab the one with the longest date it'll keep you from getting an annoying "ink cartridge is expired" notice.

I would buy this product again
Had to return for another cartridge as this one had expired and was still on the shelf to buy!!

Better to buy the 02XL cartridges.
Good clear vivid ink. It is well worth the extra few dollars to buy the XL cartridge.

Ink Cartridge
The biggest problem I have with this product is that it has an expiration date on it. There is quite a lot of ink left in the cartridges when they expire and I feel that is very wasteful. The ease of using the cartridges is great and the colors are wonderful also. It would be nice to be able to use all the ink before it expires though as it is a very expensive cartridge...

HP 02 Ink Cartridge it's the best
I have been using these ink cartridge ever since I bought my printer and I am very pleased with it. Pictures I print are as good or better than the original. They are pricy but because they do such a great job I continue to use them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone Friends and family.

I like to buy in Photo Value Pack
The last 3 value packs I have purchased there has been trouble with having Cyan Magenta and light magenta dry up even it is not open. Statles said I should buy in seperate packges and would not help with the cost. This is quite costly and I do not feel these should dry up if the package is still sealed. I am a senior citizen and enjoy having pictures of my family avail...

As I started to say above it appears either HP or the retailers have a price fixing agreement on the sale of ink cartridges as all retailers I have seen charge the same!

Been Buying for Years
I've been purchasing for years with excellent results and will continue to do so. My printing of letters; photos; and documents is excellent. The only down side is the cost of the cartridges but I've found that Staples does the best with that.
