not satisfied
I replaced the ink per my printer and it does not recognize it. I believe the ink is dried out. Not happy

The store doesn't have my printer cartridges in the store but ordered them for me and had them sent directly to my home. Great service.

Ink cartridge - not sstisfied
The cartridge is not working very well. I had to clean the print heads several times before I Evan got a little ink to show up in the page. Still will not print photos. I am thinking that the cartridge sat in the shekf fir a long time and the ink inside hardened. What should I do?

To expensive
Product great little costly and always have to reorder on the internet. Why isn't it carried in the staples store. Some people don't have a computer. There should be some in the stores. I rather shop at the store and then that way I spend more money on other items when I shop. I don't like to order from the computer.

ink = good 10 lbs of packaging = bad
Super easy ordering came wicked fast.but the box and all the packaging it came in was enough for an entire printer! i am not one of those militant environment people but even i was ashamed of how much was there. luckily i was able to re use some of it for other stuff but come on staples. really?

staples recycled magenta
No problem with the hp brands but I wanted you to know thestaples recycled cartridge is not working. I keep getting messagesthat says expired and therefore the printer wont print color

HP ink cartridge
As always the ink cartridge functions just fine. My only complaint is that the cartridges are always a bit expensive.

Took a long time to come in. When it did it was not like the one pictured. Had a different symbol on the box and had none on the ink cartridge. Almost looked like it was not an original HP cartridge.

Light Magenta Ink Cartridge
Online buying at store was cheaper & convenient. Picking up the cartridge in a few days was a plus. Store sales representative was helpful & pleasant!

Needed ink to print
My printer ran out of cyan ink and I purchased the ink at staples. It works well and the sales person was very helpful! I recommend this product.
