I had to drive 45 minutes (one way) to get this item. No stores around me had it and I could'nt order it on line. I purchased 4 Canon calculators from staples and now had to drive 1 1/2 hours to buy the ribbons I needed to replace the old ribbons. Not acceptable at all !!!!

Extremely poor product.
Hardly better than the worn out ribbons it replaced Need to get refund.

It probably is a very good product but it was not what I needed for my adding machine ... had to return it. However people at Staples were great about the return and ordered the correct product for me.

The ribbon reels work perfectly!
I was worried that the 2-color ribbon reel for my old-style calculator would be hard to find. I didn't have far to look. I found it at my local Staples right away. They work perfectly!

I haven't used it yet.
What I really want to comment on is the service that I received. I couldn't even open the calculator so I took it to Staples and told the guy that I needed a new ribbon. He figured how to open it and went and got me a ribbon. It did not have the red part to it so he went and got me one that did. Then he put it on for me. Thank you for the great service.

I the ribbon that I needed was not in stock.Gwen The store manager kindly ordered it to be delivered To my home. “When you receive it I will place it in Your calculator for you.” this was unexpected service With a smile” She was my Angel that day. Thankyou.

Machine Ribbon
After many months of use the ribbons in my printing calculator were not doing the job and these fit the bill and I look forward to many days of usage.

Ancient Calculator
I have a 1980 printing calculator and I thought there would never be a replacement Black/Red ribbon available for it but Staples had one! The always have them in stock. My calculator will be working and printing long after I'm dead!
