This is a beautiful cork board but it is too small for work area. I recommend for a personal office or a home office for small items.

Looks very nice
The border is 1.5" wide leaving 14" of cork board. It looks nice next to my framed pictures with similar frames. The cork is thin and I can feel the pins going through the cork and through the cardboard backing. I think it's only a matter of time till a pin leaves a mark on the wall.

NOT 11" x 17"!
Dissappointed in this board... It's mostly frame! The actual cork space is only 7 3/4" H x 14" W! I would never have bought this at that size.

This is a very nice-looking cork board. It is in a quality frame. I purchased this for my desk to put little reminders on it.

Too much frame and not enough cork board
Frame was way too wide for this size of cork board. Not worth it.

CORK BOARD
Overall size is correct however the actual cork area is much smaller due to the large black frame. Cork area is 8" x 14"
