We had the DX20-19 previously and it lasted for years but finally 'bit the dust'. We ordered the exact same model and love it!!

In January 2013 I bought the item. By September it was problematic.
At first the shredder seemed robust. We have a small medical office. The shredder did not hold up and I am trying to return it under warranty but have not had much luck so far.

Best shredder - repeat customer
This is our second Swingline shredder in years - would highly recommend it. We only had to replace it due to a large amount of shredding in a short period of time damaged it otherwise it probably would have been 10yrs life!

Good shredder
Got this about a month ago. It has worked very well and is fairly quiet. I would recommend buying some bags when you order as only one comes with the shredder

Shredder works well. It is quiet and much heavier than the cheap ones that you have to replace every other year.

good shredder.
The shredder is a good size for a small office. And it's pretty easy to operate and understand. My only complaint is it uses too much shredder oil. The light comes on often that it's low on shredder oil when we just put in a full bottle.

awesome shredder
Bought this shredder for an 8 person office. It does a great job. Does not easily jam. Quieter than our old machine but still disruptive if receptionist is on phone.

This shredder lasted a year and a half
I will be trying to get it repaired with the warranty but I will avoid cross cut next time. It runs slower than a strip cut and jams way more than the strip cut. We have a small department using the shredder and the bag full light quit working a long time ago so the thing got so full you couldn't even pull out the frame for the bag. I do not think this machine is wort...

Came with small amount of oil to start but didn't realize I needed to order oil to be added after one hour of use. Luckily I didn't have a lot of shredding to be done so I was able to wait until the oil arrived.

SO FAR SO GOOD
I use it to shred almost 2 000 pages per day and it has been working reliably. I wish the bag was bigger.
