Falls Apart
The filter on the side continuously falls off while vacuuming and even the chasis is now detaching when we are using the vacuum. It's plastic parts are pretty cheaply held together.

New Vacuum is great overall. Quiet and powerful.
However the bottom cord holder snapped off within the first two weeks. The plastic is rather thin there and not surprised that it would break but none the less it's now none existent.

Great Vacuum!
This is a great vacuum! We use it in an office setting and it does a great job. Great suction and power for picking up all dirt our farmer clients track in.

Happy so far
I haven't had this vacuum for very long but so far I have been happy with it. I use it on commercial mat runners and the rest of the floor is ceramic tile. We have a gravel parking lot so a lot of dirt/small rock comes in the office. The vacuum picks this up very well and is quiet considering the type of floor I'm using it on. Vacuum
This vacuum is used once a week by a professional cleaning service at our offices. They can vacuum the floors but not use the hose for cleaning much of anything else. A little disappointed.
