Thermal / Paper rolls
I will have to look harder at length on my next order. These rolls are SMALL. We have to replace the machine often. And worst of all they are VERY DIFFICULT to start/unroll. Takes a long time to open/unroll them to get started.

Too big for credit card machines
When I called the store to confirm this paper would fit a standard credit card machine (used in restaurants and medical offices) I was told yes. However it does not fit in our machines at all. Now we have a box of them that we cannot use.

POOR QUALTIY
THE ROLLS ARE ALL DIFFERENT LENGTHS AND IT DOES NOT HAVE AN INDICATOR OF WHEN THE ROLL IS LOW ON PAPER.
