the stars should 5, but they kept disappearing when I clicked on them!!product is good value, but they need to be used soon after receipt as they seem to dry out faster than the originalsI would buy them again

I have been ordering and using the Staples remanfactured Black ink cartridges for some time now and have not had a problem with them. They perform just like Genuine Brother cartridges.

Been in the printer for three weeks now and working like a charm. SO much cheaper than buying new, and a better use of our limited resources, too! I use my printer/copier almost daily and it gets a workout, so I need good, reliable ink. This is apparently the real deal; I will buy remanufactured cartridges from Staples again.

Very Disappointed
After replacing the old empty black ink cartridge in an older,but listed, Brother printer with this "remanufactured" one the black printed text was very dull, and before long, failed to show at all. I got it to start again a few times, by taking the cartridge out again, and shaking it to ready the ink to flow again, and then reinserting it into the printer. The black te...

I was somewaht concerned that it would not work properly, but the printer recognized it as if it were the original one.

I will not buy this product again.
Very disappointed. I will not buy this product again. Just after few days of inserting the cartridge, the printer produced dull documents.

This ink cartridges area life saver.
Since I print 200+ sheets a week, not primarily black, I've found this product and the colour ones, an economical option compared to purchasing the brand name ink. It's easy to install and set up. I like the price and the number of sheets it will print compared to my inkjet printer at work.

Thank God it's cheap. I do a lot of printing and have several printers. Brother's is the worst because of its complicated setups. Who has the time? And the ink doesn't last long.
