The case was delivered wrapped in packing tape to keep the lid on. All the reams were busted with sheets of unusable paper.

Poor Shipping Procedure
The paper was fine as far as the quality is concerned. However, it was damaged during shipment. The box was ripped and opened causing some of the paper to be ruined. UPS and Staples needs to do a better job of protecting the products during shipment.
