Just what I needed
The ED500 DataVac is a must have tool for any computer repair tech. Never service a customer's computer without cleaning it out. And this DataVac (not really a vac it's a blower) and it does a fantastic / professional job at cleaning out a computer.

solidly built but not strong enough
Love the steel construction made in the USA, but beyond cleaning dust off of computers, it has limited use. For example, it barely blew any dust off a personal household fan that I couldn’t open. It’s also a bit loud and heats up.

Love it
We love this. We needed something to blow out our Dot Matrix printers and this was recommended by a service tech after getting the canned air straw jammed in it. It is very powerful and blows out all of the paper that gets stuck in the printer, so much better than canned air!

Best option out there.
you can't beat a datavac. enough of the aircans.. bad for environment and this just does it better for a one time cost.

Metro Data Vac is a great product

Powerful and fun to use
I haven't had it very long, but I am so impressed with the power this small machine puts out. I am going to use it for than vacuum cleaner filters. I will admit to not paying attention to how much power it puts out, but I'm happy about it.

Works Great
It's a blower not a vacuum. Very powerful, Many uses. Clean dust out of computers, keyboards and nice to have in the woodshop. No longer have turn on the air compressor. The nozzles allows control for small items. It's very well made. Definitely recommend.

A great alternative for Canned Air
Canned air is incredibly wasteful and gets pricey over time. This is a much better method. It's inconvenient that you have to plug it in, but given how much air it generates, there's really no other way. I also don't miss that awful smell canned air can give off when you've been using it a lot.

Powerful! Many uses!
This device/tool has so many applications. It can be used for purposes beyond removing dust/debris from computers/electronics. The dust off/etc. cans cant match this. They are inferior, not environmental friendly. Another plus about this item is it comes with a variety of attachment for many applications. Note; they are a bit tricky to attach but they will not fall off....

Dust Blower
I didn't really like it. I brought this item for the office because I thought it would make dusting more easier, however it just blow the dust around. My intention was to contain the dust. I guess it could be useful, but its just not for an office setting. It runs loud also extremely noisy like a vacuum.
