Not a high gloss finish
I had two floor jobs this weekend and was not satisfied with the results of this product. It looks nice while wet but dries to a splotchy orange peel finish. Required 4 coats to look remotely acceptable. Have used local vendor high solids finish with much better results. The big box stores low solids finish gives better results. Brighton floor finish
Very happy with this product second time using and seems to last and maintain shine. As with any product prepping floor first is crucial- but easy and quick drying.
