Delivery error
It was delivered to my billing address rather than to my office. Finally found it the next day but it was urgent that we have it. This made no sense. This is the first time we've had an issue in a lot of deliveries.

Convenient
I purchased to pick up at store because it’s more convenient than waiting for a package to be delivered. I went to store was in and out there in 15 minutes or let. It’s near to where I live and was very convenient in and out in about 10 minutes or so.
