looks good but we'll see
The tabs should be laminated a little more thickly. On the last version of this that we had they curled up and wore out over time. Plus it's a little pricey but overall it's a good replacement for the old one.

Useful but not sturdy enough
I use this every day to keep our company's open orders on hand so that's pretty heavy usage. I have to replace it about once a year because it starts to fall apart.

FILING MADE EASIER
It makes it so much easier to organize my filing so I spend a minimum of time standing in front of the file cabinets. Highly recommend it.

An Old Friend
I find these extremely useful for handling paper that accumulates - and requires waiting and then follow up. I can always find items quickly; I add the discipline of forcing myself to go through it every several days to "clear" problems that have self-resolved or address issues where I need to engage or re-engage. I first purchased one in 1995! Just how my mind work...

Not as good as the old ones
Back cover is thin cardboard/thick cardstock instead of the heavy leather-like finish on the old ones more like what is on the cover. Maybe I'm dating myself... Works just fine but I doubt it will last forever like they used to.
