Disappointed
bought these for sleeping and they provide very little relief. They don't seem to fill my ear cavity especially if they are taken out of ear and reinserted. I had much better luck with the barrel style.

If one earplug doesn't fit or is uncomfortable to the wearer, we suggest trying another model. For people wearing 3M earplugs for sleeping, we generally recommend soft, disposable foam earplugs such as 3M E-A-Rsoft Yellow Neons earplugs or 3M E-A-R Classic earplugs. They sent me an empty box
This is a first. The box was empty! I could shine a flashlight through a gap and see that there was nothing inside.

Don’t recommend. Poor noise abatement from the soft yellow neon 3m ear plugs. Poor ear fit also when following instructions.
