Heads Fall Out Of Wand
I don't even know how the vacuum works since I didn't bother turning it on once I saw that none of the attachments fit into the wand. I bought this for my cleaning business thinking I was getting a good brand and great deal. I was wrong. Shame on Hoover for having this issue for so long and not addressing it.

Can’t get parts
I have to say up until I have loved this vacuum. I have three. The toggle clip broke that holds down the top to the canister. The replacement part has been discontinued yet they are still selling the vacuum. I bought all three in the last year and now can’t get a replacement part. Wasted money and for a small business owner it’s a big deal

Looking for parts :(
Good vacuum. Works as advertised. My mom bought 10 years ago and still uses it to clean a multi-story house. Only complaint is difficulty finding parts. My Mother m has been trying to replace the white leather electric cord restraint for a bit now with no luck.

Good for if you clean a church
I am the custodian at my church I was using a house type sweeper it run the cord so bad that at the bass of the sweeper were the cord went into the sweeper and connect to the motor the cord was so warned it was sparking so bad I ask for a new one it took me one year to for someone to get me this and I love it I don't have to worried about the cord again so it worth it t...

Outstanding Machine | 5 Years Later
I bought this vacuum in 2019. I love it. It's loaded with power and super easy to clean when full. The dirt holder is clear so you see exactly what you've vacuumed up. It has several attachments that are super useful. I only have one minor complaint and that is that the floor brush you attach doesn't stay on until you are done. It slips off too easily. Awesome vacuum.
I've had one for a couple years. I chose this one over the big name commercial vacuums because of the price and word of mouth from other cleaners. I added the sidewinder kit. This is a powerful, reliable vacuum. Never had an issue with this vacuum. The harness is not as comfortable as the big name ones, ideally could be improved, but it lasts awhile if treated well.

I use this to clean the church. It is not good on carpets and am looking for attachment w spin brush but other than that it is amazing on the concrete floors.

Do not buy this product
This product is built sturdy but lacks power and efficient suction. I use this vacuum at 1 of my jobs. we are on the second vacuum because the Motor Burnt out quick Only lasted 2 months before needing a Replacement.

Good vacuum But TOO Heavy and Bulky for our Workers
The vacuum has excellent features and vacuums good but we have close quarters in some areas making it difficult to maneuver without knocking things off of desks. It is also heavier than expected even when correctly positioned on their backs. We are returning it because it doesn't meet our needs.

Great Vacuum
I use this for 2 large buildings and it works great! Has a lot of power to it does a great job! We've had this for over a year now and it's still running strong! It's lightweight and easy to carry around

I bought this item for my personal home use because of the greatly discounted price. When it arrived I found that the tools didn't fit the wand. The tools OD was smaller that the wand ID. Great Vacuum Cleaner
This vacuum is powerful and easy to use in open areas. Very powerful suction. The long cord prevents constant stop and change outlets: I can almost vacuum my whole house without changing outlets. Vacuum cleaner
I like the vacuum. It is probably a little heavy for my 125 lb. frame but my back didn't hurt. I did back in to a bunch of things on my first try. I didn't find the suction to be all that strong--not like the reviews said it was.
