Light bulbs burned out
This lamp is used infrequently and the first light bulb burned out in less than two months of spare usage. Placed the replacement bulb in and it flickered and died out within minutes.

Lamp burns out bulb in less than 4 hours
I recently purchased this lamp and the first one did not work properly. The lighting was so dim it barely looked like it was turned on. I sent in for replacement and just set up my new one last night and in less than 4 hours the bulb no longer works. This is a horrendous product. Don't buy.

Bad product
This lamp always turns off by itself. I turned one in for this one. The first one turned off by itself every 5 minutes or so this one takes a little longer but sure enough it turns off of every 20 min or so. What a pain. I should have kept the box but I thought not twice!!

Bad Lightbulb
This lamp worked for about a week and then the bulb starting flickering and never stopped.

Burned out already!
I received this light less than 3 weeks ago and the light's are very dim and no longer bright. Not a good product at all....

Having had and loved this model lamp for years I had to replace my old one with the exact same model. It is hard to find in stores since most display lamps are now LED. Worked great for several months
Worked great for several months then the light bulb went dead. Can't find replacement bulbs. Disappointing.

Junk
Less than a month in it stopped turning on every time you flipped the switch. Two months in it was dead. Looks much nicer in the picture materials are obviously low quality. avoid!

2 dead lamps in 1 year
Fantastic lamp - great illumination full spectrum. We bought one about a year ago and it quit working. Ballast burned out not the bulb. Bought the second one less than a year later. It lasted three months and the ballast burned out. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this lamp especially they were purchased with taxpayer money.
