Difficult to use!
I need a "how to load this device with tape"! video... I do not think it is very useful at all at this moment & I think I am still having issues with using it.

This product shouldn’t be sold
Absolutely biggest piece of junk. I will be returning it tomorrow. The cutter can’t cut since it doesn’t extend all all.

I bought this about month ago and it the biggest piece of crap I've ever owned. I bought DUCK brand and paid MORE for it --- what a mistake.

Too much work
It doesn't cut the tape as easily as other brands. The tape keeps sticking also to the cutter.

Useless
The blade safety feature of this gun has created a useless tool. It is so idiot proof now no one can use it. Forget about cutting your fingers on the blade you can't even cut the tape on the blade. #safetyfail #useless tool

Not User Friendly
Tape constantly gets stuck and when you try to cut it with the blade it ends up spinning around and the end gets stuck back to the roll. When you try to pull back to cut the tape with the blade it doesn't cut so it just keeps unrolling and has caused lots of tape to be wasted.

This item is difficult to use.
This item is difficult to use. Tape is constantly getting stuck on the guard and tangled up. It is also loud.

The worst tape gun I've ever used
I own a company that does packing and unpacking for people who are moving so we use tape guns all day long every day. These. Are. Horrible. "Bladesafe" means a blade that does not cut the tape very well at all. Tension seems impossible to get set correctly. Terrible barely works
We bought this a month or so ago for our business and we might as well not even have a tape gun. The tape sticks to the gun more than anything else it gets clogged and stuck constantly. We hate using it we'll probably end up throwing it away.

Comfortable and easy to use
I used it just 2 days after purchase and it worked well to reinforce a box. Looks like the tape won't get lost either.

JUNK!!!
Don't waste your money. While their tape is great this dispenser fell apart after about 5 uses. One screw holding the blade in place fell out and the second one loosened to the point it won't hold so the dispenser is completely useless.

Not pleased
After reading most of the reviews I decided to try this tape gun. Yikes. The handle is too short meaning each time I use it my index finger knuckle gets a beat down from the orange top part of the handle. Safety First with Bladesafe
I like the bladesafe feature of this tape gun. I use this in my classroom and I don't mind my high school students helping me tape up boxes of our recycling having the safety feature on the blade It works GREAT!
